Love the instructors there, especially the Zumba teachers Valerie Sanzone and Clascy.
I have trained at Synergy Fitness for almost 20 years since their first location. I love the gym and the classes are always amazing! They stay on top of all the fitness trends and constantly upgrade equipment! Love this gym!
I joined three weeks ago and extremly pleased with this gym. The staff is friendly and there is always a treadmill or elliptical free even when crowded. Great classes, love the pound class and piloxing as well the spin class and sculpt. My trainer Elisa is amazing. She is so passionate about her job. I feel stronger just in the few times I have trained with her so far. I highly recommend her! Besides that she is a doll, she is a fantastic trainer.
CLEAN!!! Cool air!! This is a gym that has young , middle age to older people. I am so impressed by the staff as they are very friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. No one should be intimidated by working out there. Not one employee is pushy on making you join. No one is staring at you......! Lainey
