Great classes with something for everyone. I recently moved to Merrick and came from Sky in RVC, where I was a member for 15 years. Synergy is terrific - didn't think I'd find a gym as great as Sky, but here it is, and for half the price! I love the weeknight shorter classes that make it easy to get in a quick workout even for a single mom of 3 active kids who need to be driven around a lot. Highly recommend!
It was the only gym in town that was open during the so-called blizzard we had yesterday
