Never crowded. Like the clean environment and equipment. My former trainer recommended this gym and I haven't look back or was disappointed!
I hope people know going into this gym, you can join at the gym, but...... You have to send a certified letter to "corporate" to get out of contract! They are what's wrong with this country. I'm for supporting local businesses but I'll go somewhere else!

In 30yrs of fitness clubs in the Merrick/Bellmore area, no gym can top this one. Ambiance, equipment, staff, owners.
I was there since first day they opened the Merrick location! Love it there just wish they added ready straight barbells like the ez one
