In a 30-year Air Force career, we bought and sold a lot of houses, some without a realtor, and most with one. Working well with a realtor is about (1) competence and (2) trust. A bit of creativity and dedicated hard work help, too. Sylvia Pinson is simply the finest realtor we’ve ever known, in every way. And a wonderful person. Trust? Oh, yes. Hard work? Sylvia is a real professional. She goes the extra mile to look into every aspect of purchasing a home. She was our agent when we purchased our daughter's condo. I was very unhappy with the seller's agent at the time and if it were not for Sylvia's expert advice and ability to work with difficult people, we would not have gone forward with what has turned out to be an excellent purchase.
