I don't know if it's changed since the other 2 reviews that are bad but my experience is nothing but good. The front staff, MA's and nurse practitioner are always kind and welcoming when I come in for my appointments. I notice this with other patients checking in as well. When I had both epidural injections done, Dr Mahmood was very kind, caring and gentle asking multiple times if I was doing alright. I have never had a problem at this office.
