Teeth were cleaned well , Carol was pleasant as usual. The whole office is warm and friendly.
At my teeth cleaning last week I was seen by someone I had never experienced-Sylvia, as I usually am scheduled with Carole. I have to say, now I will be pulled between the two top hygienist as Sylvia was over the top! I enjoyed my cleaning and the expertise that Sylvia gave me as well as the cheerful interaction throughout my appointment. You all make me feel so welcome and caring. Gena, who took care of me yesterday, was wonderful. She is so gentle and caring. I love her! I'm so glad my experience at the dentist is so nice, as compared to years ago when I was a kid! It use to be so scary, especially for kids. But, now, with all the new technology, and with such a loving staff, it is a wonderful experience! The staff at Sycamore always make for the most pleasant dental visit possible. Patient comfort is a top priority, and Dr. Ross is as gentle as can be. I love their state of the art camera that shows me exactly the area needing work, while explaining it fully. I also like that they print out a dental plan with charges/insurance estimate prior to having work done.
It was nice to be able to see pictures right away of the issues of interest during the exam.

We appreciate being able to share images in real time as well. We feel that the intra-oral cameras help us to communicate, using the imagery, more effectively with the patient. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. I don?t know if you got a chance to see the carries detection functionality of those cameras, but we find that to be very useful as well. I left my former dentist due to being dissatisfied and was recommended to this group by my children's dentist who get her dental care at Sycamore Dental. You really can't get a higher recommendation than knowing that's where a dentist chooses to go. They really offer a larger range of services than many dentists offer including cosmetic dentistry.
