I called on Wed. to check on what had to be done. The office staff contacted Dr. Marcel and got back to me that day. An appt. with Dr. Ross was scheduled for Friday. Dr. Ross is professional and efficient so I was in and out. I went home to get my retainer after she finished and returned to have it adjusted right away. I like the way I was handling by all the staff! I will recommend the practice to friends. Thanks, Jan Armour

My titanium tooth implant came out on the weekend and I scheduled an appointment on Monday. Dr. Ross did an excellent and quick job of replacing the tooth. Her assistants were helpful and very professional. Thanks!

I have been using the services at Sycamore Family Dentistry for a couple of years. I have always been happy with their service. They are caring, patient (I'm one of those nervous clients) and professional. The rooms are always clean. The treatment plans are always explained and the costs reviewed.

Pleasant if anytime going to the dentist can be considered pleasant. Staff is friendly and I really don't mind going. Course that is cause it is just a teeth cleaning and she is always so upbeat and doesn't beat me up too much!!!

Service was excellent - the hygienist met me at the door, knowing I would be right on time. She was friendly, gentle, thorough, and called the dentist when she couldn't answer my question. The appointment was quick and the next one was set up as I sat in the chair. The "goody bag" was just what I needed. The whole experience couldn't have been better.
