Once again, we started on time, the work was done expertly, and everyone was pleasant and helpful. This is why I keep coming back.
I really appreciated both Sylvia's and Dr. Ross work on my teeth. The information about sensitive teeth and whitening was very helpful. Sylvia is a great hygienist. Very thorough and gentle and knows how to relax a patient. Thank you.
I'm a long time patient from the Dr. Khilstrom days, who by the way was amazing. I saw Dr Ross during my most recent appointment and was very pleased with her work. She is also very kind and comforting, making this visit a good experience. But, the dental assistant...well it appears she is very inexperienced...the worst is not keeping the back of my throat clear of water. I miss Dr. Khilstrom's assistant.. She was great!!!

We apologize for that. One of our regular assistants was out sick that day. All of our regular assistants worked here during the time that Dr. Kihlstrom owned the practice and are experienced professionals. Usually the temporary workers we get from the local temp agency are spectacular. We apologize and hope you will understand that this is not our normal standard of care.
I have been going to Dr, Khilsrom prior to the new ownership for many years. I was concerned that the change would affect my dental work only to find it's been fantastic. The staff at Sycamore is pleasant, warm and extremely attentive. They always make me feel as though I'm their only patient. I highly recommend Sycamore Family Dentistry to anyone. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!
The staff at Sycamore Family Dentistry is always very friendly and they do a great job at getting you in and out. I've never had to wait longer than a minute or two and always get excellent care!
I was fortunate to get a call asking if I wanted to reschedule having my teeth cleaned because of a cancellation. The new time worked much better for me. The hygeniest did a great job and I was back at work promptly.
