As a woman who dreads going to the dentist, I was pleasantly suprised with the experience on Wednesday. My hygenist was really great - you could tell she really made an effort to make me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I appreciate the text message confirmations. I'll definitely be recommending your office and Dr. Ross to friends and family. As always everyone treats you with a smile and always cheerful. I have been going to this Dentistry for over 40 years and the atmosphere, treatment and attention to detail has never weavered. Wonderful people who make you feel good.
AS I walkedn into the office I first noticed the renovation that had taken place--very good. My cleaning procedure went very well--good communication, always informing me of what she was doing and why. We discovered an issue and the dentist came in for a good discussion about what was detected, treatment options and what I needed to do. Overall, a very good dental visit.
Sylvia is the best! Always pleasant, quick but thorough and pain free!

I broke a crown at dinner one evening. Dr. Ross met me at the office within 30 minutes. She repaired the crown and had me on my way. She was really nice, professional, and took time away from her own family to help me.
I was greeted promptly, everybody was cheerful and I didn't have wait long in the reception area. I had cavity work done and it went very well. Doctor explained as she went and I have been coming to the dentist for 50 years and I know when someone has a soft touch or feel for procedures. Doctor has a very soft touch. all went well and done quickly. Thanks
