Craig Swenson is the best. We lucked out as first time landlords. he has been so accommodating it is a delight to be a landlord. When he says he has someone to do the work for you, believe him. We have had floors done, paint estimates, house cleaners, all at our fingertips through Craig. They are quick, bonded, no guessing. Don't think twice about Swenson's, can't say enough good stuff.
Craig with Swenson Investors is such a great property management company to work with. He helped me get into a perfect place. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to work with professional company that cares about their clients.
