As a homeowner the service is great. He found us a tenant quickly. Repairs are performed quickly at a reasonable cost. Monthly reports are delivered on time. Very professional service that makes it easy to be a rental investor.
Swenson Investors have been great to work with; they have a lot of experience and are very professional. I rented a property from Craig Swenson - very friendly, warm and accommodating PM. Our maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner, and like the rent, can be arranged online through Swenson's web portal.
