I switched to Swenson Investors in 2012 after being dis-satisfied with my previous prop manager. After a detailed search and review on the web, I decided to go with Swenson and have been very satisfied since. They are very timely on handling of issues, rents, etc.
Long due review I rented one of his condo for 15 months..Best property management..he response to tenant concerns right away..I would recommend his professional service..
In 2009, we had issues with our non-paying tenants and our property management at the time was not easily accessible. I vividly remember that depressing weekend when we needed to hire a new property manager to take over and take care of our issues.
