Terrible customer service. Order never delivered, not at any neighbor houses either, could not contact store directly, nor was there any contact for delivery person. Terrible service for subpar food
This place is great and the food is so good! I just want to say I’m really sorry for spilling over my water bottle in there yesterday 😭 they were very nice and forgiving about it 🙂
I made the honest mistake of ordering my bowl at a different location and did not realize it until I headed to pick it up. While the online support for Sweetgreen was completely unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate the mistake with not giving me a refund or cancelling the order which I am very baffled and disappointed by, the manager at the location I meant to order from, LC went above and beyond and replaced my order with no hesitation.
