We had my daughter 6th birthday party at sweet &Sassy yesterday and we all had an awesome time ! Everything was absolutely cute, clean and filled with fun!! I give sweet &sassy staff a thumbs up �
I took my daughter here for her birthday yesterday. She had the birthday spa package experience. My daughter had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The picture that was included was forgotten about,but I called them and mentioned it. They were more than happy to make it up to my daughter. They sent not one but two coupons for a makeover and a picture. Danielle was great with my daughter! The only thing that I think needs improvement is the finger nail polish. This was our second time there and definitely won't be our last. They really know how to make girls feel special!
I'm going to be honest, I can't give this place anything but a thumbs down. � My daughter liked her "Ultimate Makeover Experience"-$35 but she was blinded by glitter and doesn't notice the chaos going on. The poor girls working there...bless their hearts, they're trying but management is definitely the issue. I would have zero problems with this place if there was some effort towards customer service and pride in their work. I'm sure they would have more returning customers.
