This was by far one of the best birthday parties we went to!! It was so must fun! My daughter was invited to a birthday party there on yesterday. She was definitely introduced to a whole another level of Sweet and Sassy nice and classy party style! The staff was amazing they went above and beyond to treat all the girls like princesses!! My girls had so much fun! The employees were very sweet and took the time and care to make sure the girls felt comfortable while getting their ears pierced! We're so happy with their lolly pop , face paint, curtificate and pic they received. All this was followed by some fun music dancing around on the stage. We can't wait to come Again for mommy and me time!
Hair cutting lady was sweet and friendly. Did feel a little rushed out, otherwise great for a first simple hair cut.
Like anything for kids these days... it's a bit pricey. The staff is pretty sweet and helpful, the store is clean.
VERY unsatisfied with customer service. Unfortunately we will not return. We have been pleased with their hair cuts and parties but dealing with customers and honoring Pre Purchased items is lacking.
I just had my daughters 5 year old birthday party and it was awesome!! All of the employees were great vey attentive to the girls and we had a party of 11 and there was plenty of staff!! They made the girls feel like princesses ! Make up and hair was awesome! Very friendly atmosphere ! Overall fabulous we all loved it!! Limo ride was awesome too ( could have cooled it down a little before we got in ) but the girls still talk about it!! Great job everyone!! We will be back for sure!!
We took our daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday not even a week later the jewel from her earring fell put as we cleaned her ears. Called and was told I could come in and buy another pair. I'm sorry but if people are coming and paying $40 for some earrings they should last. Today 7-1-16 I went into the store and the manager took care of the problem for us. My daughter was so excited to get to have new earrings. Thank you so much for all of your help.
I just love it here everybody is so friendly and i just love howbthey make my daughter feel like a Princess!!!
