We had my grand daughters party here. New owner is very personable and has a great staff. The girls were treated like queens and the staff were very engaged in every aspect. The staff joined in and motivated the kids to have a blast. Our host in the cake room was right on the mark and in charge taking the stress off us. Great experience you won’t be disappointed. Best Birthday ever!
We had our daughter's 4th birthday here and she absolutely loved every minute of it! She and her friends adored dressing up and being treated like princesses! Now my 7 year old wants to have her birthday party there! Can't say enough about how great the staff was! Thanks so much!
Celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here. All the girls loved it and had a complete blast. We had the princess party package, which includes a makeup makeover, nails/toes polished and wearing the princess dress of their choice. From there they were introduced to the court (parents) and had a dance party to songs of the birthday princess’s choice. My daughter woke up this morning asking to go back. Thank you to all the stylists and Lan for making this an easy and great way to bring in her 5th year.
I really dislike that I have to post something like this unfortunately it's sad to say that every since the new owner came in I've felt so disrespected and as if my daughter and I were an inconvenience my daughter has loved this place since the day it opened and now I dread taking her there because the owner is so fake and rude..... at the grand opening today she told her employees to not speak to me, and that it was my fault I lost my credit card there was nothing she could do bout it.
My daughter loved it! Keep up the good work ladies!
I took my daughter for their Halloween weekend free up do. The staff is so fun for the littles and my daughter was in heaven! She got her ears pierced and the ladies were so awesome my 4 yr old daughter did not even cry! It was an all around wonderful experience!! This will be our new favorite spot for a girly day!
