Every time I have gone here, my experience has been exceptional. Staff is kind, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere is calming, refreshing, and tranquil. I leave rejuvenated every time.
Very disappointed. Booked the summer special for my sister and I. I've had a good experience in the past. I felt like we were rushed through the appointment. The massage at the end was maybe 5 minutes. According to their website should be about an hour and half appointment and we were there less than an hour and 10. Mediocre at best. For the price it wasn't worth it.
As a licensed cosmetologist myself, it's hard to get a five star from me because I know all the steps for a manicure and a pedicure. While it was very relaxing, the place was clean, it represented a more mediocre spa and you could tell. I felt like my time was rushed and the woman that I had you could tell she didn't want to do her job. I had a scheduled appointment for two classic pedicures at 3:00 PM. Earlier that day, I received a call asking if I could move my appointment to 3:30 PM, which I was happy to do. Unfortunately, due to traffic and difficulty finding parking, I arrived about six minutes late. I've visited your salon several times and usually request Tawi.
