I love that they are a low tox salon. Had great past experiences until today. I made a mistake and booked on the wrong day. Intent was to schedule on my husbands birthday. Accidentally booked it two days before. Did not receive any warning or reminder day of. Charged full price for two pedicures we didn’t get to receive. 6/4/26 Edit: I hate that I have to edit this glowing review!! But I also feel the need to share honest experiences: I have recommended and sent people to this salon who had a terrible experience and it makes me so sad. Sad enough that I won’t go back. I actually booked an appt for my sister to go and when she showed up for her scheduled appt (which she had received two reminders for), they told her they were overbooked and could not do her nails. Kelsey was absolutely incredible! She did such a great job on my nails and was so kind. Also, Nhu was amazing and so sweet! They have great staff. I love that there is an option for a more natural manicure that doesn't damage your nails. She was so knowledgeable and explained all of the details so that I could be confident in the service I was receiving! Highly recommend this salon and the service.
