I am. 94 year old Trooper & had an aortic valve replacement on Monday & came home on Thursday. The team of cardiac doctors & vascular surgeon were wonderful & kept at it until they succeeded with my old arteries. I am thankful they did not give up on me. Every caregiver in ACU, ICU & PCU were top notch. I was treated with respect every where I went. Do have to say, I had 1 nurse who didn't seem to like her job & a bit cranky. They took very good care of me they were nice not rude thank u so much i feelt like crap they made me feel better without having to wait 3-5hours to be seen like dg
Arrived at 2:15 Pm..they're treating and triaging people in the lobby saying that it's busy ( what about HIPPA and privacy concerns? What a crock of shit!) Finally get taken back to a room at 6:25 pm. Staff seems put out that they have to work. Finally see DR at 7:15 pm....Swedish was a great hospital, once upon a time....now it's a step below Denver's worst clinic. Who I really like to thank is the Doctor that did an awsome job on my Grand Dau Surgery..I didnt get to meet with him. Nurses on da 9th floor kinda had som additute problem. Only a few were nice. But it seems like it had some thing to do against (Discrimination)!!!
Well after dodging death via blood brain clot I can truly say the nurse staff was so caring, unlike anything I've experienced prior
Great hospital and staff, the reason I gave 4 stars is because I had very bad headaches from taking NORCS. Common since should have been used by the Nurses to order me some simple ASPRIN, instead i had to ask more than enough for asprin or tylonel. Dr. Approved my request HEADACHES WENT AWAY And I requested a lower dose of NORCS And stopped the NORCS A DAY LATER AND FELT GREAT.
