They lied about the material, which is NOT EXCUSABLE when you're spending $500+ at a jewelry store. I specifically asked whether any of the jewelry was made with moonstone and was assured that the Una Drop Earrings were. Only later did my girlfriend discover that this was completely false. I am VERY disappointed by this level of blatant misinformation and unprofessionalism. Today I decided to treat myself and went to Swarovski to buy a ring and earrings. I was honestly so impressed by the staff. Girls were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped me choose everything, explained everything to me, and made the whole experience feel really special 🤍
