Jorge was such a hospitable associate and made me & my friend feel so comfortable as we shopped. His knowledge on their collections is top tier and I wouldn’t ever go to any other Swarovski location except for this one after our amazing experience! i went in to look at the ariana grande collection and clarissa was so helpful! i walked out with a gorgeous necklace with her assistance. i will recommend this store to anyone who is going to visit downtown.
Fui hoy para una compra con gift card, luego Clarissa nos ayudó a mí y a mi esposo con unas compras antiguas y mantener su brillo. Pero además de eso, la atención de Clarissa fue increíble, quedé alucinada. Habia 2 personas más atendiendo pero ella y el chico los únicos amables a la hora que alguien entra a la tienda, no solo con el saludo si no con sus gestos y atención!
