Do not recommend this specific store. People who work here do not care to help customers and just chat around the counter. They think everyone speaks Spanish and they choose their customers by how “chatty” they be. I speak Spanish but I don’t like when people assume. Truly not a professional atmosphere. Order online or go elsewhere. This place isn’t what Swarovski stands for at all.

Beware! Worst Customer Service! I visited the store at Dolphin mall to buy my girlfriend some jewelry, and was astonished at how rude “Carolin” was to me and my girlfriend as we shopped for gifts and jewelry. She was very “Rude” and would “Not Help” or “Answer any questions about the products or jewelry” How can a customer learn more about your products if your employee is “Rude” and not willing to help?? **This is not acceptable and I would like a response from Management/Corporate.
Came into the store to try some necklaces on for my Colorado trip and María Elisa helped me so much! I had a great experience and I got a great deal on my dream choker set
