Let me tell you something. I’m on a journey to get my nails done everywhere. Swag Nails had promise. Super welcoming, clean. But, let me tell you. I sat on that chair for 3 hours straight getting acrylics that BROKE right in front of my manicurist. Broski. I gasped… I could see she was trying her best I even gave her an 18% tip (even though my nails came out with different shapes and length). The nail techs are very professional and polite. Miley did my nails and they turned out so beautiful.
Terrible experience and lack of ethical customer service! I walked out with a bleeding finger from a cut cuticle and my nails all pasted together from the base coat. The owner cut my cuticle after rushing through the service that he took over for an inexperienced staff member that required translation for every request. The owner stated that accidents happens and that if I didn’t want to pay that he would need to stop servicing me half way through. Kiki did a great job on my nails. Yeely another nail tech was so kind to translate for us. The energy in this place was great. Everyone was so nice and now I have a wonderful pedicure. I will be back!
