DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! They wiped my mom’s BRAND NEW giftcard clean and then said she didn’t have any money on it. So not only did I have to pay them for the giftcard she then also had to pay for the nails. They got double the money and then did a horrible job on top of it all.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff member who did my nails was not friendly or patient with me. The service itself was very basic, and even though I still left a small tip (considering how high inflation is these days), her attitude was ungrateful she even snatched the receipt out of my hand. I just experience a loss and grieving! Thankfully, I chose not to react because the energy wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and they’ve lost a customer. Went on Monday August 25th and saw Helen. It was a last minute appt because my normal place had to cancel last minute. I had been to this location a long time ago when it was owned by someone else. I had a refill and spa pedicure done. The quality of work was just plain bad. She hurt me numerous times with the electronic file thing. And I was not moving at all... At least not until she hurt me. I have been with this nail salon and it's owners for 7 or 8 years now, they are polite, and professional, take their time and talented artists. Love this place...
