Had an appointment for a flu shot and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Quick and easy.
Disappointed that there are no lab services anymore. I live in Rancho Cordova and had to drive to Folsom just to get my lab works done.
As a clinic, the staff is very friendly and I was seen on time. As a call center, they couldn't be more negligent. I kept being told conflicting information in comparison to what my Clinician told me. I was told I wasn't coming up in the system as a female, and that there was no record of me being there. All I wanted was my test results, which are incredibly important because I need to make arrangements asap based on those results. Canceled appointments because of staff issues. We show up for next appointment and find a note on the door saying they stepped away. Next appointment they are busy eating their lunch and locked the door until they were finished even though we had an appointment. Seems like a lack of Management at the Sunrise location. 😔
Nice and tidy place. All new equipment. Was a bit short staffed when I was there.
