We are from out of town and had to come in due to a unexpected fall. They got us in to a room fast and we had the best help. Nurse Amie rocked with her great big smile and funny personality. The PA Ariela ( not sure I spelled that right.) Came right in, took her time looking over his leg. She was not sure and so she brought in another Doctor to help her. They help us find a specialist that will take our insurance because of course he has to see a specialist before we go home. Thanks so much for eveyone that help us.

All the staff was awesome but not happy with the Dx
I've always received excellent care while at Sutter. Sometimes they have lots of people and they have to prioritize the emergencies which often lead to people complaining about how long it takes to be seen and discharged or admitted but the quality of the doctors and nurses that have tended to me have been knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient. Was admitted to the ER Thursday, sent home Friday, readmited Friday afternoon. Worse experience I've ever had in an ER. After was transferred to Laber and Delivery, and had a great experience. Great, empathetic nurses who were on top of their game. Wish I could've said the same for the ER. Will never come here again for emergency services 🚨🙅🏽
