I went to Eden emergency room and they are the worst hospital I've ever been to they didn't do anything they didn't even examine my leg turns out I had a torn ligament and I need new replacement and they didn't even bother to check that out they prescribed me ibuprofen and sent me home they are a bunch of idiots incompetent and should not be practicing medicine and when I'm done with this I'm going to file lawsuit against them For negligence and incompetence

ZERO STARS On 5/31 I tried to bring my son who i picked up early from school with an earache into the urgent care in Auburn. It was 11:30 AM. We have never gone to this urgent care before, so I dint know it didn't open until 1:00. The woman looked at us like we were stupid and told me that not only were they not open but that when they did open, we probably wouldn't be seen anyway because it's almost always a long wait, and MAYBE if I came back in the evening, they could see us. Absolute worst person in the medical field. Only has a one track mind and that is what she can't do. No solution whatsoever. How she is a M.D. is beyond me.
Most of the doctors I saw here here sub-par, and didn't seem to believe in actually listening to patients. I found one good doctor I might have stuck with if it weren't for the fact that a claim got misclassified when it was submitted to insurance, and PAMF refused to change it, so I got stuck with a bill of over $1000 for what should have been a preventative service.
Very attentive and responsive, and a warm, caring manner. Seems to give more thought than typical to treatment options, including to less invasive or impactful options.
I would not recommend going to this ER or having a surgery here. They do not resolve your issues so you are forced to go back to the er pay more money to be seen at the er- it's a total scam and everyone should tell their politicians and insurance companies!!
