This was probably by far the worst trip to the emergency room I have ever had IN MY LIFE! ! I was taken in for an x-ray almost immediately and pushed into a waiting room in a wheelchair that I couldn't move myself and left for over 2 hours without even someone popping their head in to check on me! Received no care until I flipped out on a phone call to my brother and was overheard by a nurse! Even after it was a minimal attempt at care! They keep moving us room to room. No one seems to know what they are doing. It's like a guessing game. Most of the nurses are nice. Place is dirty! Wish I could up load the pictures I have. Took mothet to bathroom and there was dry shit on the floor and wall. I had to wipe down all items, table, bed, and chairs. The cloths came back dirty/black. I took pictures to turn in however I can't seem to load them here.
Was there for a Lexi Stress Test. Excellent care and service from start to finish. Thanks to Nurse Sue...Nurse Chelsea...and Nuclear Med x-ray expert Vince. You all made me feel at ease. This 68 yr old senior citizen THANKS you...with 6 stars!!! ******
They sucked. Called me back took my vitials then sent me back to lobby and there I waited for 3 1/2 hours and still hadn't been seen yet. Nor called back . And I was in so much pain i couldn't sit. And barely could walk. Never again will I go back.....
Sutter is terrible. I called to see what time urgent care was open last week. I was told 4-8 pm. When I got there they were locking the doors and turning people away. Small sick children. I had to wait until Monday to see a nurse practitioner who I told was a doctor. My whole family has had problems with sutter. Doctors, nurses, administraton etc. they are the worst. There is no excuse for what they did last week. They closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. There answer is we didn't have enough doctors. Well HIRE some idiot... read more
Waited 5 hours until my wife saw a 'RE Dr. Total time there 6 hours plus There has to be a better way
