It would have been nice if they communicated that this walk in clinic is by appointment only before you arrive at the door and find out there aren't appoints open anyway.. so why bother? When I fianlly got in and they saw me, they said they couldn't deal with my ear lacerations and sent me to Stanford ER, where the real doctors work. Of couse, Sutter Health was not about to lose out on ripping off my insurance company. They ordered a bunch of unrelated tests. Next time, just go to Stanford ER, where the REAL doctors are. Odd that he specializes in psychiatry, when he does his best to make the patient feel horrible. I guess knowledge can go both ways. He just doesn't care.
Just saw Dr. Aaron Flowers for a bad nail fungus. Fantastic doctor, - so knowledgeable and kind. I totally recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent podiatrist.
My husband went to have a pacemaker put in. He woke up during the procedure due to to the fact that the anesthegeologist did not give him the right dose. They told the reason he woke up was because he was moving. That is a new one. Don't take anybody that you love there. They will kill them. They have no good doctors or nurses anymire because of COVID> Ber carreful..

Baldwin treated my dtr at Alta Bates. Her 1st day, she took her off mood stabelizers and changed w/o advising it takes to 6-8 weeks to be effective. Baldwin proceeded to administer isolation as a consequence for not adhering 100% meal consumption, knowing my 17 y/o had vomited everything for 3 months. My dtr called repeatedly, sobbing because she was isolated; Baldwin refused to allow her to attend art therapy groups, socialize, or have an NG tube. We came to PAMF Urgent Care Los Gatos. Our doctor was Dr. John Withney. He was excellent and exceptionally thorough. Dr. Withney explained all steps needed to care for my daughter and ordered all tests to rule out things. I was so happy and relieved, because Dr. Withney helped me understand what is happening and what will be next. Very highly recommended Dt. John Withney. Thank you so much, Dr. Withney!
Had a procedure done. OK. On the other hand the billing system is a nightmare. Online bill pay will not recognize the info provided on the bill. Repeated messages left unanswered. Called direct to Dr. office, left a message there. Still waiting return call. Been trying for two weeks to pay the bill. Unacceptable.
Becarfull they will tell you that they accept your insurance and after every thing is done they will sock you with a big bill and expect you to pay so watch out they are crooks in sheepskin I wouldn't even give them one star I I didn't have to
