Not happy at all. My Dr told me to go to the ER right away because my problem was bad. They even told me that they were calling ahead to notify them that Dr was sending in. As soon as I got there I found out they didn't know I was on my way. After a LONG wait in the lobby I was called and told that the reason I was there was not bad at all, completely the opposite of what my Dr said. After several hours there I was sent home with a VERY large and unnecessary bill. If it was nessary at all to go in I should of been told to go... read more

Many thanks to the nurses in ICU. Lisa, Kelly, Julia, and Lily. We were up together under difficult times but we stayed positive and endured. I'm blessed to have had you all as a nurse. Thank you Cynthia, Cindy, Blessy, Bertha, Shana, Christine and the many of you I'm trying to remember names. superheros are never forgotton. God bless you all. I wish we all met under other circumstances but if i ever get this sick, I will see you all again.

I know there have been some issues in the past, but we have been very pleased with the changes made by SAFH recently. The staff, including the hospitalists, are very compassionate and friendly. They care that you're there. For awhile it seemed no one wanted to be at Auburn Faith anymore, but I feel like we have pur "small town hospital" back and they take good care of you. Thanks everyone!

Got excellent care when I showed up with chest "tightness" last night. The receptionist immediately called in a ER nurse who whisked me into a room and the whole team quickly began to check me out. Even the financial part was done while I was in the bed all connected go the various monitors. Very efficient and simple not wasting anytime or adding stress. The ER doctor was extra diligent repeating tests over time to be completely sure I hadn't suffered a heart attack. While an ER visit isn't on my bucket list, this one was ex... read more
