The Women's Imaging center is amazing. Their staff is kind, caring, and truly make you feel comfortable when you go in for mammograms. Especially when you have to go back for a recheck. I have been having mammograms for 26+ years and going to Sutter Auburn Faith has been the best experience! Thank you ladies for the great job and to the radiologist thank you for being so dedicated to your job.

This is, by far, the worst hospital I have ever had the misfortune of visiting! We took my grandson for a minor emergency to the ER and the staff literally traumatized him! The treated a 15 month old child in the hallway, not a room. No one ever saw the Dr wash his hands and he did not wear gloves while he poked around his throat. My kids were told that family was not supposed to be waiting for them in the waiting room! They seem to treat the drug Addicks coming down off dope better then the children who were there. I will n... read more

I've been here a few times. This last visit was a little mixed, caring but sometimes rude. I have pcos and since the nurse was not familiar with it she cracked a few jokes with another nurse about it in front of me, obviously this made me uncomfortable. First with her not knowing what she was even dealing with, secondly for making jokes about it. But the doctors level of concern related to my symptoms really did reassure me that, at least with him, I was in good hands. Overall a decent experience. Better than my other option... read more

The worst experience we have ever had. Extremely long waiting periods, the condition of the ER and waiting area is a disgusting, filthy mess. My son injured his knee during a football game. It took 4 hours for him to be seen, as we were placed behind all of the drunks and druggie that were sleeping across all the chairs and the floor. When the Dr. finally came in he told us our sons knee was not broken, but never laid a hand on him to examine his injury. I will drive 100 miles with a tourniquet around my neck before we ever r... read more

I have never had a better experience in an ER or hospital. The entire staff has been kind, thoughtful and very professional. I can't think of anything that could have been done better!

I am so disappointed in what has progressively happened to this hospital. People used to care, now you're just a number waiting to be seen. I'm sad to say Auburn Faith and Roseville Sutter are now basically one and the same. I'll be going to Kaiser ER from now on. #Disgraceful

My mother has Alzheimers dementia. Her trips to the ER and one three day hospitalization have been appalling. There are no provisions for dementia patients, and it was only the intervention of my sister which prevented her from ripping out her IV's, falling off the gurney, etc. Most hospitals have Sitters available for patients who are a danger to themselves. Auburn Faith is creating a huge liability for themselves; dementia patients wander, take out IV's and various other dangerous behavior.
