I gave one star to the review just because there is no 0 as an option, this is the worst practitioner we have had, long story short this Dr. is careless of your health, found more info and treatments about my illness on google rather than the person who is supposed to be a professional. Stay away from this office!

I've been seeing Susan for almost twenty years now. I've followed her to whatever medical group she's been to because she is the best. She is a life saver. I have a lot of complications and she was able to keep me stable and out of the hospital. She takes the time to listen to you and she takes the time to explain everything until you're satisfied and sure. Over the years, I've seen other doctors but no one can compare to her so I just go wherever she is. She is worth it.
Dr. Dani is very thorough and has a very caring approach. She is knowledgeable and on top of the latest medical information. She is good with making referrals when needed. Explains everything very well and creates a collaborative relationship where I feel I have some control over my treatments and overall health.
From the first time I went to Susan, I trusted her. She was with a different group but when she left that group, I searched for her because I didn't want to see another provider. She is caring, listens and spends time with you unlike some providers that rush you out the door. Even though she works even further from me than before, I still trust her medical advice and continue to see her. Thank you Susan.
I can't thank her enough - or say enough about her. She takes the time to talk to you, and actually listens to what you have to say. I begged my friend to go see her because I didn't like the way her doctor was treating her. Dr Shields literally saved her life. Seriously touch and go for a while, but shes pulling through. Office is always clean, staff is very friendly and efficient too. I love the online set up they have. You get to see notes for each visit. Everything is right there.
After years of other physicians not paying enough attention to my husbands condition, at the first office visit, Dr Richey did a thorough exam, did all of the appropriate lab work and found significant problems that had been missed by all of my husband's previous doctors ! He would not be alive today, if not for this great doctor!
Dr. Ritchey is a wonderful and thoughtful doctor. He takes his time with his patients to ensure quality care. I highly recommend as a doctor.
