They don't talk to u before the procedure is being done!!!!!
Staff was great and helped to keep me (mom) calm! Dr. Lee performed his surgery (tonsils removed) and his team, especially the nurse (male, forgot his name) was extremely great with my son!! Definitely have the right person in place for children (that nurse)!! Good experience
The front office has always been very helpful and nice . This is a big plus, for me...when going to your medical offices. The way you are treated when entering.... because YOU ARE anxious and in PAIN. A kind word or smile goes a long way. These ladies see so many patients coming through on a daily basis. The waiting room is almost always full and the seating arrangement is not very comfortable. There is not enough room to seat all the patients and their driver. If we didn't have to wait almost almost 3 hours after 1 and no food or drink would have been great. Chairs need to be more comfortable for wait.
