I was very disappointed in the way the staff handled payment for services rendered. They called my over 18, but under 21 college student to inform her of $ due at surgery. She politely gave them my number as I am the guarantor. NO ONE called to tell me the full amount that I needed to pay. Then, they waited until AFTER I had made the full payment to tell me that I had 90 days to pay the amount due- would have been nice to know BEFORE I plonked down my credit card- really, knowing the day before is not soon enough! - we had s... read more
