RecommendedStaff kept us updated on my dadas condition. He had a little trouble with his blood pressure. We were immediately informed. And we’re updated by staff until it was safe to let him come home. His procedure was successful and so far he is free of back pain.
I have used Surgicare more than a dozen times and have always had excellent service. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was there yesterday for ankle surgery. Besides the long wait, which I've really come to expect at any operation like this, they were awesome! Sorry I'm terrible with names guys but you all rock! From front desk re-verifing insurance since I had met my deductible, to the nurse who brought me back for prep, to the nurse that was there when I woke up to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended... Dr Sullivan did my foot surgery... all staff were helpful and friendly. Both offices followed up with me Post-Op. Very Pleased.
Arrived prior to our given time to find an overcrowded waiting area. The person that checked us in was polite and efficient. We waited in a hot and crowded waiting area 3 hours past our arrival time. No explanation as to why. Finally get to the preop area where we waited again for almost 2 hours. We were finally told there had been a problem with not having enough anesthesia nurses. Took my daughter for knee surgery. Belinda was great at reception, an absolute star! Went into pre-op a little later and waited 1 and a half hours before she went into surgery. I realize surgery can be a little unpredictable but can’t say the wait was pleasant. Would’ve loved a cup of coffee!!! � Surgery went great, awesome surgeon with some really well trained, kind and courteous nurses!!!
