I went to the emergency room for severe pain in my side sat in the waiting room for 2 hours then was seen by a nurse then sent to another waiting room was in there for 4 hours without any pain medication then sent to a cat scan sent to a room where I waited another hour before I was seen by the doctor which he didn't even examine my side got a prescription all for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong it's a week later and still in pain worst experience of my life !
The care that they gave my mother was superior on all levels. It was comforting for me to know as an ER nurse, that her last few hours were spent in the caring hands of the Emergency Room staff. Mercy Medical Center has been my parents hospital for many years. The community is very blessed to have such a beautiful facility.

Both of my parents passed away on this hospital...I would not take a dog there let a one another human being
If you can find another hospital to go too, do it. I've gone there several times with pain shooting down my legs. They diagnosed me as having canal stenosis. I just recently had to go to the hospital again, Medina Hospital, and after a thorough exam, it was determined that I'm diabetic and the pain shooting down my legs is what's called diabetic neuropathy. I really like it and your not there forever.
I don't know where it went but I wrote a poor review and its not up here. My daughter was very disrespected in th e.r. 6 hours in severe pain and nothing but nurses sitting and talking about what to have for lunch and talking about a drunk patient. If something is medically wrong with my daughter and something happens cause she got sent home you better be ready mercy cause you'll have to answer to a lawyer!!
