Horrible er department I used to love mercy now everything has changed including the staff! Waited 5 1/2 hours for my husband to be seen who was laying on the damn er floor in so much pain while they called back people with who came in just for colds mind you we had gotten there before them even! When you ask the staff for help they are rude and can careless very disappointed in how much mercy has changed
Wonderful staff! Always have a good experience. Love the new statcare, so friendly, they treat you like a human and not a number. Also, their online portal is really great!!

I've paid 60,000 in last six years for health ins 1st time here in six years I've now been in waiting room 7 hrs That's 9,000 dollars an hr. Lol Maybe mercy should add 1 or 2 doctors to their staff. Or lower my ins
I started coming to Mercy Health Center in September of 2014 with atrial fib. On every visit I have been met with respect, kindness, care, and professionalism from the physicians down to the people cleaning my room. My last visit (yesterday) was a sleep study and pulmonary function test. I want to let the " powers that be" know how impressed I am by the care and concern of their employees. Being ill is no fun, but the staff at Mercy makes you feel that they are all pulling for you! Thank you.
Great Hospital, professional less friendly than some hospitals, centrally located, easy to get to, right on freeway exit, backed by more health insurances.
