I would like to say thank you so much to the crew at Mercy Med Radiology dept. for the help they gave me getting my dad ready for his MRI. They treated him so gently and with so much respect. A special shout out to Angela, she got him dressed and back in his wheelchair for me. She just said she thought I could use a break.
Horrible experience there . 2 1/2 hrs wasted and still know nothing. Temp of 104.7 guess that's not a priority to find out why.
I had my first (scheduled by my doctor) with Pain Management and it was the WORST visit I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!! a "flunkie" by the name of Beth was a straight B**** and I told her so apparently staff is trained POORLY with the communication within office as prior to my appt . I was treated as though I lied about my arrival time NO ONE at desk nor was I asked yet signed in as form required THAT accusation set the tone for a negative experience I doubt very much if I will utilize this hospital I would rather travel to... read more
Thank you to the entire staff at Mercy Medical. It takes very special people to handle some of the situations you do and I admire your dedication and genuine concern for people whom you have never met and may never meet again. A very special thank you to Ivan in ICU (I will never forget the kindness and attention you showed me. Stay cool.) and to Katie on floor 2 (I am glad I could be your "sweet pea". Keep up the hard work and dedication, believe me it doesn't go unnoticed).
They are hospital and stuff very helpful. They treating him great better than other hospital where we was at.
I wish my sister in law was there the night I was in ER. I felt so neglected. Had an EKG, blood drawn twice. And left alone on the gurney for a 2 hrs!! Needed nitro stat. The gave me tramadol for chest pains!
Thank you so very much to everyone in the Maternity ward that was Involved with Hunter Hattery. Each and everyone of you had such an amazing part in getting this little guy to where he is today. From beginning to end we had amazing care. The NICU was so amazing with our little guy, there is nowhere else that we would have wanted to go. Even with all the scares he put us through, everyone was very supportive and understanding.
I have found that Mercy Medical is very much like their name... Merciful. I suppose that even at the best of hospitals anyone could have an isolated bad experience. I have used Mercy Medical for years for my husband and myself-my mother. My brother. My children. I really have not had a bad experience. Professional, efficient, caring and benevolent describes the staff at Mercy medical. Thank you Mercy Medical Center and staff for your kindness, patience, and professionalism during our 25 hour visit due to an accident my husband endured. From administration in ER to ICU every Nurse, ~RN, NP~ and Doctor we met were amazingly calm, highly skilled, and completely thorough with the care they provided. We felt blessed and this hospital is a blessing to our community.
