Now is open enrollment for Medicare. Last week we had an appointment with Terri Gursky, Stark County OSHIIP Coordinator, who is located in The Mercy Senior Friends Center. We received some great, unbiased, advice on the different Medicare programs and coverage available to us in Stark County. Please extend our sincere thanks for her time and effort. We would highly recommend her services.
Went to the emerg. room Tues afternoon. Have been sick for 10 days at home. I was treated with respect. Got right in. Everyone fantastic. Cat scan done,admitted that evening. Was treated well and got my needed treatment. I had a serious infection...the nurses are attentive,and a few stayed with me since I was in isolation till Friday today!!. I felt very comfortable. On antibiotics for another week. I've always have chosen Mercy medical. I won't get into specifics on my illness,but they took great care of me!!! Thank you Lad... read more
They treated my mother in law great! She went n to have a strent put in get heart and we was worried cause 15 yrs ago she had a triple bypass..everything went good and is now home recovering..
I have been very blessed to have Mercy take care of me thru me breast cancer. They have all been compassionate and caring. My concerns they addressed head on and made me feel comfortable about the decisions we were making . The cancer center rocks!
The staff was extremely friendly and tentative to my Mother's needs after her back surgery. They explained all the post opt thoroughly and made sure we were all very comfortable before being discharged.

My fiance was at Mercy for a complete shoulder replacement Sept. 29. We couldn't have had a better experience. All the doctors and staff were wonderful. Thank you for making a tough thing not be so bad.
