I was very disappointed with the care that I received from Dr. Malik. He told me that "I was depressed" and that was what was wrong with me. Turns out, had he done his job properly (after going in a total of 3 times in one week) he finally sent me in for an CT scan - turns out - I had pneumonia!! I do not recommend this doctor in the least. Best of luck~
Nice physicians and medical assistants. Giving two stars because the back office people are confusing and keep telling me that I am not covered by my own insurance and were confusing instead of telling me that my insurance was Out of Network. Wish they had told me that before I even visited this office; because I would have went elsewhere. It is unfortunate that the physicians at this office have to lose business because of their billing office and the people that handle the insurance. Never again.
I always feel respected, heard, and confident in the care I receive under Dr. Malik. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, patient-centered, and trustworthy physician. I truly appreciate Dr. Malik for his outstanding care and dedication to his patients.
I made a visit for my annual physical exam which is 100% covered by my insurance and then got a bill because the doctor decided to talk about my previous annual without even me asking. Then it was billed as a regular Doctor's visit. Also, when ever I tried to make an appointment, the receptionists make the appt with a nurse practitioner or PA. I have nothing against them, but if I am going to make a doctor's visit and pay for it, I should better see a doctor. As others have mentioned, all they care about is money and nothing... read more
