My initial experience with Meridian/Supreme was very welcoming and enticing, which was one of the reasons I chose to do business with the company. Things quickly changed course and it became a very frustrating and arduous process. The worst mortgage experience I've ever had. Supreme fail to disclose a bunch of information and overcharged me by thousands its been 3 months I've been fighting the issue and still haven't received a call back, an email or anything in the matter

Most unprofessional and horrible lenders you can ever come across. First they sell your loan out as fast as speed of light. They change your loan disclosure worksheet playing around with numbers till you get frustrated if you don't compare line by line on the worksheet then after selling loan to BSI financial which is another disaster, you find out a reversal payment of almost $8000 from Escrow account without notice, letter or any form of communication. We applied to this lender as it was the preferred lender for the builder of our new home. They advertised a "Supreme Rate Guarantee" which stated if we found a lower rate that the company could not match, we would be eligible for $5,000. The loan agent - Steve *****, based in Dallas TX - was super responsive until we started finding lower rates. My wife and I had a really bad experience with a home lender here in Edmond Oklahoma. We hired Supreme lending to help us get our loan process going. Come to find out they are just out to take advantage of people. They gave me a low rate from the very beginning and then at the end when it was to late and they changed it. I say to late because we would have lost the house we were planning to buy. I have talked to the lender, lenders boss, and there consumers complaint. None of them are willing to make it right.
