This mortgage company is terrible to work with. It's no wonder they have so much bad reviews and when you go on their actual website, all the reviews are great because they only probably keep the great ones and don't put in the negative ones. I worked with two guys named ***** and ******. They seem very friendly at first to help you, but then when they notice that things are changing, as far as what they can approve you for, they feel like you're wasting their time now and they become lazy to help you out all of a sudden. I received a phone call from David with Supreme Lending. I notified him that I already received a loan with another lender, he countered that his rates are better (stating they're in the 4% - Jumbo Loan). He then asked what my current percentage is. When I told him the rates I got, he told me that it's not possible, there's no such thing and "goodluck with that" in the most sarcastic way. The Meridian Team/Supreme Lending are predatory lenders. I refinanced last month to help pay down some debt, and before my first new mortgage was due, I have received several letters saying my loan has been sold. They did not inform me before hand that this is what they are known for doing.. My previous lender would have never. Now I have to try and sort this mortgage crisis out. I contacted Meridian Team a few weeks ago to refinance and pay off credit cards. Tony contacted me and said he could refinance to pay off my credit cards and also get me $10k in cash for $1642/mo. I went through all the paperwork, got the appraisal, etc. After that was done, someone from underwriting contacted me to say everything looked good and and that the interest rate had gone up by .5% and my payment would be $1690/mo and asked if I wanted to lock in the rate. Supreme Lending put a ding on my excellent credit score. I never heard of them and wasn't looking for a loan. What a horrible company.

Extremely quick and efficient process! My refi closed in under 30 days, everything was as discussed on day 1 with no changes or surprises.

Had to sign paperwork twice, and that delayed everything, then told it was FedEx's fault my payoffs were late... otherwise, pretty fast, and upfront re-fi

This company steals consumer's money. They are liars on closing cost and dates.
