I worked with a lender from this company under the impression I was searching for a home approved VA put in a offer and was excepted. Come to find out I was lied to buy gentleman that made miscalculations. This spiraled in to numerous lies and falsified information for months. This was address to Jeff T*******. After speaking with my attorney today he suggested that I reach out to you to discuss getting my earnest deposit back. I have spoken with the home builders corporate office and was informed that I only had 30 days from signing the paperwork to hold the property to request a refund. I missed that deadline as I did not have the worksheets to review what my costs would be in a timely manner. Supreme Lending previously received your legal demand for a return of your earnest money and submitted a written response. Your response to the BBB is duplicative and is considered resolved. A review of our records reveals that no loan application was received from you. Your description indicates that you signed paperwork with a builder before you contacted a lender for financing. It is unfortunate you were unable to afford the property, but your remedy is with the Seller, not Supreme Lending.
I have had the worst experience with Supreme Lending not just once but multiple times. This company is a joke and they don't care about anything but getting you money. I first started with them when I moved into my first house at the age of 25 and have been living at my same residence for 6 years now. I've paid on time and never been late and have been a month ahead of payment about 6 months, until I receive two checks from Supreme Lending for having extra money in my Escrow account. I have an excellent credit rating. I am very disappointed, being promised to match Bank of America, and then charging 2K more at closing. I took her at her word, my realtors recommended her, but she strung me on until it was too late to change and close on the house. Plus, I have a huge down payment and do not need an appraisal. She said the appraisal was free, but there is a $450 charge. I do NOT recommend and wish I had seen the BBB before considering this company.

Adam W****** at SUPREME LENDING did everything he promised to do. He got my loan closed under 20 days. He got me an interest rate that was lower than the 3% rate that I was offered from another company. Adam was in touch with me daily. He quickly responded to all of my questions. SUMPREME LENDING is structured in a way that made gathering my documents easily. I was able to to qualify for a Home Loan to purchase my new home. The service was friendly as well. You won't be disappointed.
Someone is always there I assist with any questions you have. He did not boher you, if you need o be updated they will leave you a message if you need to give them a call back. I appreciate all that I walked to during the process.
