Horrible customer service! I was told one day before closing to find another lender!!!! What started out as an exciting experience and a good Loan Officer /Borrower relationship turned into a nightmare. The loan officer I worked with, did not only keep me out of the loop on the progress of my loan, he also continued to give false hope that a closing could occur any day. This lender is the most unprofessional company I've had to deal with. I would highly, HIGHLY think twice about using this lender. Especially if your on a time line. To start with they forgot to send the CD to the buyers in my transaction. The day of our closing was scheduled for 6 weeks they called and said we need to extend closing by 1 business day. For those who don't know the process you have to wait 3 business days before they can clear to close. Again they wanted to extend a Friday closing to Monday which isn't possibl... read more

Did A VA refinance in just over a month with no appraisal. Nick S***** was awesome to work with. I could call or text him anytime of day with questions. He kept me in the loop the hole time. If I had any problems he fixed it. Hardly cost me anything to refinance. The kept to there word.

I would not recommend Supreme Lending, 135 M Cedar Branch, Suite 109, Mustang,OK. The fees were too high. Lender requested bank accounts and I paid down bills and still tried to get me to pay down bills at end. I spent money on closing and lender requesting to pay bills. The lender gave several closing dates and I drove from out of town with no closing. The entire group was in the closing together. I did an early occupancy and paid $700 for week and never stayed in house but one night. It was a way to get me under contract. ... read more

Good luck with a call back after running your credit dropping my score now below 720. After countless text, emails, and calls along with leaving voicemails. Don't ruin your credit with poor companies like this especially if it's this lady. After 2 timely interviews the recruiter never got back with me on possible job opportunities. I even emailed him twice. Don't waste your time or get your hopes up to work with this company.
