This lending company PLAY GAMES!! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM!! They do not care about their clients. They just want to close a deal. They do not care what sacrifice the client has to make as long as they close the deal. Eric Williams is a fast talker with no results!! My husband and I had an approved home loan with them....they are just terrible they were charging 4700$ just for their paperwork fee!!! The communication was poor. review. I received a mail offer for refinance from the Meridian Team of Supreme Lending offering finance with no appraisal cost. I completed an application and started to process. The application and loan process was easy and I had Matt W***** who walked me thru the process. From start to finish was only a couple of weeks and by re-financing and bill consoldation I was able to save over $1000 a month. I highly recommend Supreme Lending

We recently refinanced with Supreme Lending and we had a great experience. The communication from beginning to end was top notch and we were kept informed every step of the way. Everything was done primarily online and via email. The closing took place in our own home. The process from application to closing took two weeks! I would not ever recommend them to help out with a house refinance. I got the information from work and had a good experience at first but then went down hill. I had a person that was nice and took care but was never able to get the deal done. During the process i spent about 1300 of my own money to pay bills off and to get a credit card down to an amount i was told and my score would work and i could move forward.
