If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Substandard care, at best, and a complete lack of customer service. Home health care is supposed to fit the patient, not the company. Cater to the patients needs and schedules, not the nurses. This company has complete and utter disregard for their clients, and has absolutely no ability to perform even the simplest of tasks. Nurses are constantly late, if they can’t make it to us, the nurses and the company tell us to go somewhere closer that they can make it to. I would never r... read more
