They were polite, and very reasonable to work with.
Very shady business here, this company is not like it use to be at all, the guy that came out really seemed shady and was very nasty. This use to be a nice company who cared about the customers. Now its seems very shady and not very friendly at all.
They turn off your gas any chance they get, charge you $175, then take weeks to turn it back on. Not a fan.
no respect for the customer. very rude on the phone and i have been waiting for service all morning while i am supposed to be the first appointment of the day because this is what we agreed. if you are the owner of this company and you are reading this you really need to train your people to be professional. from the people answering the phone all the way to the people who are supposed to do the service.
