I liked this company a lot, they go out of their way for everyone. They also appreciate their employees a lot.
They are under trained as workers. They mistreat their workers. They abandon there clients regularly. They will work you to death until you call them out on anything wrong. If they don't like you for any reason they will fire you for none. They will discriminate against you. And Harras you. Then try to play with your hours and money. Do not fall for it. Do not work there! They will be shut down soon. Watch!
I had the unique displeasure of being the parent of a client as well as being a DSP in the failed and non existing Autism Program. My son had services withheld for months at a time because management couldn't hire and keep staff. When I came on board as an employee. I was hired under false pretenses. The worst place ever to work for. They have all their friends and buddies working in their group homes. Only have 15 group homes so they always are firing new people. And are always hiring new people. The swinging door...
Warm welcomes, genuine smiles, and helpful people are what make me give Supportive Living Services five stars for me. These are all experiences I have received on my first week working here. I definitely look forward to continuing these kind acts and positivity on my end.
