Contact was made almost immediately. Within a few days I had an opportunity to make a trip to the dealer. But, when I arrived the car I was informed that the car had been sold about 10 minutes before my arrival. The sales tried to contact me as I was in transit but had an old phone number. The sales rep was very apologetic. The car was gorgeous. Had it not been sold before I arrived I would have purchased the vehicle. The other sales rep who had sold the vehicle was also very apologetic. No fault to the representatives.
