24 year customer and they let me run out of oil 3 months in a row. Terrible. Must be new staff
Absolutely terrible customer service. They forgot our delivery multiple times... Left us with an empty tank and then cut all communication off! Terminated our account. Don't use.
Bad advice given to customer. Furnace still not fixed. Buyer beware.
Was looking for a company to help me out with replacing my oil burner. Someone recommended these guys to me and I then proceeded to waste two weeks of my life trying to reach their salesperson, leaving multiple messages, all to be ignored. I guess I'm grateful to find out that they ignore customers before, rather than after, spending 10k with them? Will happily take my business elsewhere.
I am so impressed with Superline... my water heater has been slowly leaking since Sunday ( I had no idea lolol) so I go downstairs and there is a huge puddle.I called the service department and they sent someone immediately I now have a very clean furnace room floor and no more leak !!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SUPERLINE for prompt service !!!!
