Needed my water softener rebedded. Gave them a call, they gave me my options and costs, including the price to rebed the softener vs getting a new system installed. After weighing the pros and cons of each, I opted to hold off on a brand new one, they respected my decision and had the softener up and running a few days later. They were down to earth, realistic, and friendly.
I choose to work with Superior for several reasons. Because we have a furnace, boiler for hot water and basement heating, baseboard heating, air conditioner, water softener, etc., I sought for a service that could address all of our needs rather than need many technicians from different services. In making the transition from a ruptured tank heater to tankless, Roberto installed a temporary tank heater to allow a suppy of hot water to the family, prior to the tankless installation.
Roberto did a great job on fixing the holes in the sheetrock the others guys made during our instalation. You can't even tell where the holes were. He was very effecient.
Levi quickly fixed my water pump and gave expert advice to prevent a recurrence.
